SB 505 = Blatant Ballot Access Restriction

I just called State Senator Tom Umberg's office regarding his SB 505. It is attempting to restrict ballot access through a number of hurdles that seem difficult to justify. It is not clear why a representative is trying to limit ballot access so blatantly.
